Access to Tax Maverick Inc. is limited to registered users only. Users must be at least 18 years of age. Certain premium features may be limited during the free trial period. A full list of trial limitations is available upon signup. Subscribers must provide explicit consent for automatic renewal of their subscription upon conversion from the free trial to a paid plan.
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be processed for the purposes of providing tax planning services. By using our services, you agree that we may collect, store, and process your information. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (where applicable), and use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
The software, content, and all materials within the platform are the intellectual property of Tax Maverick Inc. or our licensors. You may not:
The free trial period is provided with $0 fees; however, premium features may be limited during this period. If users do not notify us or cancel their subscription through self-service on our site before the end of the free trial period, they will be automatically billed at the agreed-upon rate for the selected subscription plan. We will make our best effort to notify users prior to billing, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the user to cancel their subscription if they do not wish to be billed. Once the free trial ends and billing starts, the subscription will continue on a monthly basis until the user cancels.
Tax Maverick Inc. provides tools for tax planning, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the strategies suggested by the software. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered into the platform and should seek independent financial advice as part of their own due diligence. We are not liable for:
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings, and cancellations will take effect immediately. No refunds will be provided. If a user wishes to continue using the software until the next billing date but cancels early, they should contact support at support@taxmaverick.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in unlawful behavior.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
All disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. Users agree to waive any rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in [San Benito, Texas]. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
Tax Maverick Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or interruptions in third-party services.
Users are expected to use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Any fraudulent activities, abusive behavior, or attempts to exploit the platform will result in immediate termination of services.
Upon cancellation of your account, your data will be retained for [24 months] to comply with applicable regulations. After this period, all data will be deleted unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or via the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
