Subscriber Agreement

This Subscriber Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms of your subscription to Tax Maverick Inc. ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Subscription Plans

We currently offer one subscription tier, available monthly or annually. Payment methods accepted include credit card, PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, and other methods that may change from time to time. You will be billed according to the plan you select during the signup process.

2. Free Trial and Renewal

Free trials are generally 30 days in duration, although they may be extended during promotions. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically billed based on the subscription plan and rate you have chosen. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but we will provide current subscribers with 30 days' notice of any changes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to the software for the remainder of the billing cycle but will not be invoiced further. To avoid losing access immediately upon cancelation, you are encouraged to contact our support team for assistance with the process. Refund Policy: Once a subscription charge has been processed, no refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of whether the service has been used during the billing cycle. We will try to notify subscribers about their upcoming subscription renewals for their convenience. However, subscribers will not receive these notifications if they choose to unsubscribe. The subscriber must cancel before the fee is charged, even if reminders are attempted.

4. Subscription Downgrades and Upgrades

Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Upgrades will take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide continuous access to the platform; however, scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any planned downtime.

6. Automatic Renewals for Annual Plans

For annual subscribers, you will be billed for the next year unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. An email reminder will be sent prior to the annual renewal date.

7. User Responsibilities

Subscribers agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with the Terms of Use. You may not share your account, engage in prohibited activities such as reverse engineering the software, or misuse the platform in any unlawful manner.

8. Payment and Late Fees

There are no late payment fees. However, if a payment is past due, access to the platform will be suspended until payment is made. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, ensuring that your payment information is protected at all times.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues arising from payment processing or delays caused by third-party services such as Servers, PayPal, Affirm, or Afterpay. Subscribers are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services.

10. Data and Privacy

Subscribers own the data they input into our software, but Tax Maverick retains the right to use aggregated and anonymized data for analysis and improvements. For detailed information about how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

11. Security and Data Breach

While we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, in the event of a data breach, we will notify subscribers and take necessary steps to mitigate the impact.

12. Liability and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or delays. Tax Maverick Inc. is not liable for miscalculations or incorrect data inputs. Subscribers should verify all data entered and consult external financial professionals when necessary.

13. Termination by Tax Maverick

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement or engage in unlawful activities while using the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and access will be terminated immediately.

14. Transfer of Agreement

We reserve the right to transfer or assign this Agreement to another entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the State of Texas. Subscribers agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration and waive any rights to participate in class action lawsuits.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
